ClickWrap Terms and Conditions

Before completing your purchase through ClickWrap, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions which have been established to streamline our processes and offer protection to our customers. By submitting an order to ClickWrap, you are agreeing that you have read and understood these terms and are happy to abide by them.

The mobile phone/device sale/purchase and recycling process is provided by Clickwrap Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales:

Refurbishment Tests

All devices sold by ClickWrap are thoroughly tested and refurbished prior to sale to ensure that customers receive the highest quality and reliable models. The mobile phone or device that you buy will have been tested for usability and to ensure that it has not been ‘red flagged’ as per below. All of our tests are completed prior to the sale of each item.

Each device will be tested to confirm whether it is locked to a specific network. When a device is network locked, we will communicate this in the listing and the customer will buy the item knowing that it is not unlocked to all networks.

Damage Tests

As our devices are pre-owned, we carry out thorough checks to ensure that no item that we sell suffers from any damage. Customers will purchase models from ClickWrap knowing that they are not brand new but assured that each model has been thoroughly examined and tested to ensure usability.

Red Flagged Devices

Each of our devices will be checked against the National CheckMEND database to ensure that it is not ‘red flagged’ prior to sale. Using the device’s IMEI number, ClickWrap reviews each model to ensure that it has not been registered as lost, blocked/barred or stolen prior to refurbishment and resale. This offers customers the reassurance that once purchased, the device is 100% their property.

Order Postage and Returns

Once your order is complete, we will send your device through Royal Mail insured services. This offers you the guarantee that your order is protected through transit and that should their be any damage or loss during the delivery process, you will not be at a financial loss.

Should you need to return your device to us, we suggest that you do so using an insured and tracked service. Returns are made at the cost to the customer.

Royal Mail has specific guidelines relating to the postage and transit of items that contain lithium batteries. For further information, please talk to your local post office or obtain details from the Royal Mail website:  www.royalmail.com.

Customer Purchase Terms

ClickWrap maintains the right to refuse service or decline a sale to any customer at any time and for any reason. Our business is established to serve a UK consumer base and as such, we do not trade internationally at this stage.

By purchasing through ClickWrap, customers are agreeing to never duplicating, selling or exploiting any aspect of the service or content of the ClickWrap business unless prior written permission is issued by us.

Returns and Refunds

The Clickwrap warranty allows customers the opportunity to return their item to us within 60 days of ordering if there is a fault, damage or the device is not suitable for a legitimate reason. ClickWrap will issue a refund or exchange the customer depending upon preference and availability.

In order to utilise our generous returns policy, the device must be in the same condition upon return as it was when you received it. We also request that the device is returned to us in the original packaging, inclusive of all accessories and posted to us using an insured and tracked service.

When ClickWrap received returned devices, we quickly investigate each item to determine the cause of fault, damage or customer dissatisfaction. ClickWrap will email the customer to confirm receipt of returned items and to communicate our findings. At this stage, we will also confirm whether the returned item meets the criteria for a full refund or exchange. If a refund is approved, the credit will be transferred to the same payment method used for purchase.

If an exchange is preferred, the ClickWrap team will strive to forward a new device to customers urgently to minimise the time without a phone.
