The Clickwrap warranty gives customers the safety of being able to return their item to us within 60 days of ordering, if you are not satisfied with the quality and performance of your device. We will then refund you and offer to find a more suitable product or device if required. Our friendly customer support team will endeavour to overcome any problems that you have prior to returning your device.

Please never tamper with your device, attempt to make repairs or investigate concerns or take the model to any alternative store or repair engineer. Doing so will inhibit your ability to secure a full refund. In order to ensure that your warranty is not voided, if you find a problem with your device, simply let us know and return it to us for a refund or exchange. We recommend that returns are sent via an insured delivery service, in the same way that orders are sent to you.

All we ask of you in order to offer this generous warranty is that you return your purchase to us free of any passwords, photographs, personal information and iCloud details.
